1Plus Studio will visit the location to access the existing conditions, take measurements, and discuss the feasibility of your ideas. We'll offer expert recommendations to help guide the project forward.

1Plus Studio will send over a detailed proposal to Clients that includes a breakdown of costs and timeframes to ensure our plan matches your expectations.

Upon reviewing the proposal, Clients confirm their decision with 1Plus Studio by signing the agreement, signaling the start of our partnership. 

Together, Clients and 1Plus Studio refine and finalize the layout to ensure it fully reflects your ideas. Once agreed upon, the design will be finalized for approval. 

1Plus Studio will prepare all necessary documentation, including architectural, structural, and energy efficiency calculations (Title 24), along with all the required paperwork for city submission. 

1Plus Studio will handle all revisions based on plan check feedback and work with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits. Once the permits are issued, we will deliver the final plans and documents, allowing you to begin construction on your project.
